During my IT and Design internship at the NYC Department of Probation, I contributed to a full departmental rebrand aligned with Commissioner Juanita Holmes's new vision. With the department serving 26,000 clients, external-facing designs — displayed across subways, buses, and buildings in all five boroughs — demanded both visual consistency and clarity.

My work included redesigning the logos for the NeON (Neighborhood Opportunity Network) program, creating a suite of circular logos tailored to each program's identity. These went live with the department's rebrand in fall 2024. I also redesigned elements of the department's official badge and crest — the primary mark appearing on uniformed officers across the city. Additionally, I developed internal PowerPoint templates for C-suite staff, built for ease of use and brand consistency across executive presentations.
